Welcome to Lah Lah Land. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hello Joy Sdn Bhd, the operator of Lah Lah Land.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, images, descriptions and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, photography and the nature of the product.

As many of our products are created by or sourced from different Malaysian brands, makers and designers, minor variations in colour, finishing, dimensions or appearance may occur where applicable.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities or amend product information without prior notice.

3. PRICING

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or system error.

Shipping charges may be charged separately and will be displayed where applicable during checkout.

For international orders, import duties, customs duties, taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the prices displayed on our website or collected by us at checkout.

Your bank or payment provider may also apply currency conversion rates or additional transaction fees. These charges are outside our control.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • there is an error in the price or product information;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

  • we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item or order using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Please ensure that all information provided during checkout, including your name, contact details and delivery address, is accurate and complete.

5. PAYMENT

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the applicable charges associated with your order.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Their own terms, privacy policies and security practices may also apply to your transaction.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently deliver to selected destinations within Malaysia and internationally.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary according to destination, shipping method, parcel size and other relevant factors.

Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

For international orders, we do not collect import duties, customs duties, destination-country taxes or other import-related charges at checkout. Your order may be subject to such charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the relevant customs or tax authorities and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

We have no control over these charges and cannot determine their amount in advance. Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements, duties or taxes in their destination country before placing an order.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Exchange Policy is intended to exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.

8. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & VOUCHERS

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, vouchers, discounts, gifts or other promotional offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts;

  • may be subject to minimum spending requirements, validity periods or product exclusions; and

  • may be amended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
